As O’Gorman spreads cocoa on the worktop and rolls the thick meringue mix into it, Hoffler asks, ‘Wouldn’t that be good with some chilli?’ She digs around in the cupboard. ‘I’ve only got paprika, but I think that would work – the smokiness would cut through the sweetness.’ Once the cocoa meringue is baked she dusts paprika over the top. It works perfectly. |
