Every time the CQC goes in there it finds problems. Especially the famous record keeping. And every time the management always have a plan to put it right. Inspectors found there weren't enough staff. Because they have no money because they have to save it, to keep paying directors 17% bonus as a retention payment during our restructuring. As if any of them would want to leave when nobody will employ them elsewhere.One director already left and ended up back there.
