I like watching football <a href=" http://www.palmecenter.se/how-long-does-it-take-for-elavil-to-work-for-ibs.pdf ">elavil uses for cats</a> The minority can still filibuster but they will have to expose themselves publicly doing so and provide reasons as to why they are either objecting or obstructing the work flow of the Senate instead of simply imposing a minority veto over the majority through a major majority vote requirement. It is obvious to everyone but the Senate minority party that the Constitution did not intend for the minority to have veto power over the majority prior to even bring legislation up to a vote.
