| Spencer | Very interesting tale http://buffalovisiongames.com/blog/fidena-online/ cheap fidena About 20 years ago when, for a brief time, some bold souls in the Catholic Church were discussing the possibility of women priests, an elderly Monsignor in Rome sent me a fine essay titled: “When Did Women Stop Being Priests?” It was a slap in the face for the recalcitrant clerics who thought a woman in the sanctuary was like a pork chop in the synagogue. Old Monsignor Jim, as he was known, was insistent that there had been plenty of women priests in the early church – and bishops too. Not surprisingly, he could not find a Catholic periodical prepared to publish his piece, so his thoughts died with him. |
